Each month at work we celebrate birthdays by having a "Treat Day" which is where everyone brings something to share. One of the girls brought in this dip and it was a huge hit.
Southwest Dip
32 oz Sour Cream
1 pkg Fiesta Ranch Dip Mix
4 c. shredded Mexican Cheese
1 can diced Jalepenos, diced smaller
Mix all and serve with tortilla chips.
