This is a recipe from my friend Liz's husband Greg. It makes the juiciest chicken I have every tasted.
1/2 c Kosher Salt
1/2 c Brown Sugar
1 gallon ziplock bag
Dissolve salt and sugar in 2 cups warm water, add to bag.
Add chicken then add more water to full bag. Let marinate
for 2-3 hours, NO MORE THAN THAT. Grill, bake or broil
chicken until done.
This is the only way that I will eat grilled chicken!
