Dave's Crustinis

This is a recipe that Dave made for us at Thanksgiving last year and everyone LOVED them. This is a great recipe to have ready and on hand for last minute company and they are so very easy but so very impressive!

Dave's Artichoke Spread for Crustinis

1 can drained artichokes

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese

1 8 oz pkg Parmesan cheese

1/4 c mayo

salt and pepper to taste

Using a food processor or large mixer, mix all very well.

Spread generously onto baguette slices. Bake at 350

degrees until golden brown.
