Cheese Ball

This is a recipe that my mom made for us every Christmas eve. When ever I make this it sure does bring back great memories of Christmas with my family.

Cheese Ball

2 8 oz cream cheese

1 8 oz pkg Carl budding beef, diced

1 tbsp horseradish

dash onion powder

dash Lowery's seasoning salt

1-2 tbsp sour cream

2 tsp lemon juice

Mix all together and roll in sliced almonds

Serve with Townhouse crackers
