This is my all time favorite dessert and I haven't had it in years! My mom used to make this for me so if any of you make it and need a taste tester, I am available!!!
Banana Split Dessert
Crust:
1/2 c butter
2 c crushed graham crackers
Topping:
1 large container of whipped topping
3/4 c chopped nuts
Filling:
2 eggs
1 c butter
2 c powdered sugar
3-5 bananas sliced
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, well drained
Mix crust ingredients together and pat in bottom of 9x13 pan. Beat eggs, butter and powdered sugar for 15 mins. Spread evenly over graham cracker crust. Next layer sliced bananas, crushed pineapple and whipping cream. Sprinkle with nuts. Cut, call me to taste test and don't forget to have the coffee ready when I get there!

Rhubarb Crisp
This is the easiest Rhubarb Crisp recipe that I have ever found and it tastes GREAT!
Rhubarb Crisp
Layer in 9x13 pan:
8 c cut rhubarb
1 1/4 c sugar
1/2 bag mini marshmallows
1 box white cake mix, dry
1/2 c melted butter
Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour!
Can't get much easier than that can you?

Pineapple Angel Food Cake
For all of you that need/want to loose weight and eat your cake too, this one's for you!
Pineapple Angel Food Cake
20 oz can crushed Pineapple
1 box angel food cake
Mix together and put into a 9 x 13 pan and bake
at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes
Cool, cut, eat and enjoy!
This is the BEST/EASIEST diet cake you will ever taste!

Oh Henry Bars
This recipe comes from my friend Tammy, who is the best dessert maker ever! She brought these to an art day and even gave us decorated recipe cards too!
Oh Henry Bars
1 c butter
1/2 c white syrup
3/4 c brown sugar
cream together and add
1 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 c quick cooking oatmeal
Lightly pat (not too much or it will get hard) into a greased
and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
(it may look like it's not done but take it our anyway)
Melt and spread on top:
1 c chocolate chips
3/4 c peanut butter
